as for me, the location is favourable and gorgeous, right by the mountains. the venue has newly remodelled rooms with amazing views, a private hot tub, toiletries and exceptionally nice staff. if in arthur's pass again would like to stay there on the next trip.

Great customer care, parking on-site. Plenty of great food. Fantastic, incredible location just off Arthur's Pass towncenter, a cozy pub like setting at the top of the hill, and the bar/restaurant, accommodating staff: )

The hotel is conveniently located down a small hill, making it easy to access the ski fields and explore the beautiful landscapes down the West Coast. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a hot pot, toaster, and refrigerator. The staff provides exceptional service, and the restaurant offers a delicious dinner menu. Additionally, guests can enjoy stunning views from the villa and reliable WiFi and Netflix.
The metered WiFi is a drawback, as many New Zealand hotels tend to have this policy.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
